My time at Carlauren care was decent. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I felt that the level of care could have been better. The company website promised a higher standard of care, but it did not fully meet my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, but some amenities were lacking. Overall, I would rate Carlauren care as average.
