The experience with this shipping company was average. The website is easy to navigate and provides important information about their services. However, the customer service could've been better. I had a few concerns and it took some time for them to respond to my queries. The delivery of my package was on time, but the packaging could've been better. The items inside were a bit damaged upon arrival. The tracking system was helpful, but I found it a bit confusing to use at times. Overall, the company is decent but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and packaging.
