I recently ordered some medical supplies from this company's website and overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and finding the products I needed was straightforward. The prices were also competitive compared to other similar online stores. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had an inquiry about my order, it took quite some time to receive a response, and when I did, it felt like they were not fully attentive to my concerns. Moreover, the shipping process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the products I received was satisfactory and they were packaged well. While my experience was not terrible, I feel that there are some areas for improvement regarding customer service and shipping efficiency.
