I had mixed feelings about Eco direct ltd. While their website ecodirect.ie was easy to use, I had some issues with the customer support. They took a while to respond to my queries, but eventually, my issues were resolved. The delivery was on time, and the products were of good quality. I appreciate their efforts, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
