Although the property we booked with Suffolk Secrets was beautiful and well-equipped, we encountered some issues during our stay. The heating system was not working properly, and it took a while for the maintenance team to fix it. Also, the check-in instructions were not very clear. Despite these hiccups, the customer service team was responsive and resolved our concerns. Overall, an average experience.
