The services provided by Eco direct ltd were average. I expected more from them, but overall it was an okay experience. The website ecodirect.ie was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The staff was polite and professional. However, some areas of improvement are needed in terms of their delivery time and customer support. It would be great if they could work on these aspects.
