I had an average experience with Picken Real Estate/Nightlife Brokerage. The website pickenrealestate.com was easy to navigate and had useful information about the properties available. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The agents were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get the information I needed. Overall, I would say that the company is decent but there is room for improvement.
