I recently tried out a personal shopping assistant service and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the setup process was simple. However, I found the features to be fairly basic and not as advanced as I had hoped for. The price tracking feature seemed to work well, notifying me of any price changes on items I had saved. However, I was disappointed that it didn't offer more in terms of personalized recommendations or style advice. Additionally, I didn't find the customer support to be particularly responsive or helpful when I had a question about a product. Overall, the service could use some improvements to make it truly stand out in the market. While it served its purpose adequately, I wasn't wowed by the experience.
