I am a long time customer of Water and Power Community Credit Union and overall, I have had a positive experience with them. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they have a variety of services to meet my financial needs. The online banking system is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage my accounts. My only complaint would be that sometimes the wait times at the branches can be a bit long, but that is to be expected at a busy credit union. Overall, I would rate WPCU as great.
