I recently purchased a guitar from this company's website and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of instruments. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about a specific model, it took them quite some time to respond and their response was not very helpful. Additionally, the shipping process was a bit slow compared to other online retailers I have used in the past.
