I recently visited a company that specializes in design and consulting services. Their website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, my overall experience was only average. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but I found the level of expertise to be somewhat lacking. The consultation I received felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my specific needs were fully understood. Additionally, the turnaround time for the project was longer than expected. Although the final deliverables were decent, I wasn't impressed by the quality compared to other companies I have worked with. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in terms of expertise and attention to customer needs.
