I have been a customer of CrossFit Fringe for over a year now and I can confidently say that it is an excellent gym. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and always emphasize proper form and technique. The workouts are intense but tailored to your fitness level, which helps prevent injuries. The community at Fringe is also amazing - everyone is so supportive and friendly. I highly recommend CrossFit Fringe!
