The experience with Acoustical Audio Designs was overall average. The website was easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly. However, the products did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. I expected better sound performance from the speakers I purchased. The customer service was good though, they were polite and responded to my inquiries promptly.
