I have been attending Eva Pilates for a few months...

I have been attending Eva Pilates for a few months now and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They create a supportive and encouraging environment in each class. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging but the instructors provide modifications if needed. Overall, Eva Pilates has helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. I highly recommend giving it a try!
