I recently had the opportunity to try out the escape rooms at escapegamesnyc.com and I have to say, it was an interesting experience. The puzzles were challenging, requiring a good amount of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The game itself was well-designed and immersive, with detailed set designs that added to the overall atmosphere.

However, I found that the staff lacked enthusiasm and were not very engaging. They seemed disinterested and didn't provide much guidance or excitement during the game. Additionally, the overall customer service could use improvement, as it took a while for someone to assist us when we needed help.

In terms of value for money, the pricing was fair but tended to be on the higher side compared to similar escape rooms in the area. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. It was enjoyable but could have been enhanced with better customer service and a more enthusiastic staff.
