I recently had the opportunity to work with a company specializing in architectural technical services. Overall, the experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I did find the website to be lacking in terms of visual appeal and could benefit from some design improvements.

In terms of customer service, the team was responsive and professional, addressing my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable and offered helpful advice throughout the process.

The quality of their work was decent, though I expected a bit more attention to detail. The final product met my basic requirements, but there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed.

Overall, I would rate this company as average. They are competent and provide satisfactory service, but there is room for improvement in terms of website design and attention to detail in their work.
