I had a mixed experience with Integrated Automotive Experience. Although their customer service was excellent, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the car I purchased had multiple issues. On the positive side, they were quick to address the problems and provided a loaner car while mine was being repaired. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
