I recently visited a local eye center for an eye exam, and my experience was quite average. The staff seemed friendly and professional, but nothing stood out to me as exceptional. The website was user-friendly and informative, making it easy to find the necessary information. However, the appointment process seemed a bit disorganized, with some confusion about the scheduled time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but the wait time was longer than I anticipated. During the exam, the optometrist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but the overall interaction felt rushed. The selection of eyewear was decent, although the prices were higher compared to other optical stores in the area. While my visit was overall satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of organization and customer experience.
