I recently engaged with a design and marketing agency to revamp my website and enhance my online presence. I chose Duffy agency and overall, my experience with them was average. The team was professional and delivered the project within the agreed timeframe. However, I felt that the creativity and innovation were lacking in their designs and marketing strategies. The website they created for me was functional, but it didn't have that wow factor I was hoping for. The content and visuals were somewhat generic and didn't truly capture the essence of my brand. Additionally, the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project. In conclusion, while Duffy agency did a decent job in delivering the project, their lack of creativity and communication could be improved to provide a more exceptional experience.
