I recently purchased a tarp from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products to choose from. However, I found the ordering process to be a bit confusing, as there were multiple steps and it took longer than expected to complete my purchase. The tarp I received was of decent quality, but the color was slightly different than what was depicted on the website. The customer service was satisfactory, as they responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, although some of the responses were a bit vague. The shipping and delivery were prompt, which was a plus. Overall, I would say that this company is average in terms of product quality and customer service.
