I have mixed feelings about my experience with Van Braam-Minnesma. While the product I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I found it quite frustrating. However, once my issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome.
