I would rate M&y ventilation equipment limited as average. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service could be improved. They took quite some time to respond to my inquiries and there were a few issues with the delivery. However, once the product arrived, it functioned as expected. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.
