The CMHA branch in Peterborough, ON has been a great resource for me during a difficult time in my life. They provide a safe and welcoming environment where I feel comfortable discussing my struggles and receiving support. The staff are friendly and understanding, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I feel heard and validated. I appreciate the variety of programs and workshops offered, as they have allowed me to learn new coping strategies and connect with others who are going through similar experiences.
