I have been a customer of Mgm/united artists for several years now and I must say that their services are average. Although they have a good selection of products, their customer service can be improved. There have been multiple instances where I had issues with my orders and it took quite some time to get them resolved. The overall experience is satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement.
