I have mixed feelings about Aklara / regional mark...

I have mixed feelings about Aklara / regional market makers. On one hand, their products are of good quality and they offer competitive prices. On the other hand, their customer service is lacking. It takes forever to get a response from them and they are not very helpful in resolving issues.
