I had a mixed experience with Paris cdg alliance. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had to wait over 30 minutes on hold before speaking to a representative, and even then, they were not very helpful. The overall service provided by Paris cdg alliance was average at best.
