I recently purchased a used car from this company and overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of vehicles. However, the communication with the sales team was not the best. It took multiple attempts for them to respond to my inquiries and it felt like they were not very attentive to my needs as a customer. The purchasing process itself was straightforward, but I expected a higher level of professionalism from the staff. The car I bought was in decent condition, but there were some minor issues that I discovered after the purchase. The company did offer to fix them, but the process was a bit inconvenient and time-consuming. In the end, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I would say that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
