My experience with Webmall has been mixed. While the website is easy to use and the product selection is good, I have encountered some issues with the customer service. It took a long time to get a response to my query, and when I finally did, the resolution was not satisfactory. However, the delivery was prompt, and the products I received were of good quality. Overall, I would rate Webmall as average.
