I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Qi Natural Therapies & Yoga. The studio is beautiful and serene, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and self-care. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, providing guidance and support throughout the classes. The natural therapies offered are a wonderful complement to the yoga practice. I feel blessed to have found this gem in Freshwater.
