I am a CUSTOMER and I just wanted to say that U-tec is an average company. Their products are okay but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their smart lock for a few months now and it has been working fine. However, I've noticed a few glitches here and there. The installation process was quite straightforward though. Overall, I would rate U-tec as average.
