I have been a customer of Orascom Telecom for several years and I must say that their services are average. The network coverage is decent, but the call quality is often poor. The customer support is also just okay, sometimes it takes a long time to get a response. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a great telecom company, but it gets the job done.
