I recently utilized the services of Habitat for Humanity in Richmond, IN. They helped me with my housing needs and I'm overall satisfied with their assistance. The process was relatively smooth and I was able to find a suitable home. However, I feel that there were certain areas where they could have improved. The communication could have been better and there were some delays in the process. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts in helping individuals in need of affordable housing.
