I recently used the services of Ls: keep moving and found them to be quite average. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time was slow and it took them a while to address my queries and concerns. The overall experience was just okay, nothing exceptional. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better communication and promptness in their service. The delivery was on time, but unfortunately, the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. Overall, I would say Ls: keep moving is an average company with room for improvement in customer service and attention to detail.
