My experience with Family Promise, Inc was average. I found their website, familypromise.org, to be user-friendly and informative. The organization seems to be doing a decent job in helping families facing homelessness. However, there is room for improvement in terms of response time and communication. Overall, I would say Family Promise, Inc is an okay company.
