I had a fairly good experience with Samples.com. The samples I received were decent, but there wasn't a wide variety of products to choose from. The website was easy to navigate, but I did encounter a few technical glitches. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider using Samples.com again if there were more diverse samples available.
