I had an overall average experience with Rokmetro. While the products were decent, the customer service could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were fair. However, I encountered some issues with my order and it took a while to get it resolved. The quality of the products was satisfactory but not exceptional. I would consider shopping here again if they improve their customer service.
