I had high expectations when I approached C.o.p.e. service dogs, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The trainers seemed inexperienced, and the dog I received was not well-trained. The overall service was below average, and I regretted my decision. I hope C.o.p.e. service dogs can improve their training process to meet the needs of their customers.
