I have been a customer of Alteram solutions for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. They provide adequate solutions for our business needs but there is room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where our issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5.
