The Kobe Portopia Hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe. The hotel website, portopia.co.jp, is also very informative and easy to navigate.
