I had an average experience with Securityworks, inc. The security system itself is good, but I had a few issues with the installation process. The technicians were not very punctual, and it took them longer than expected to set up the system. However, once everything was in place, it worked well. The customer support team was responsive and helped resolve my concerns. Overall, an okay experience.
