I have been a customer of CEPHALON FRANCE for several years now and I must say their service is average. Although their products are of good quality, the customer support is lacking. The support staff is not very knowledgeable and often takes a long time to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would rate my experience with CEPHALON FRANCE as average.
