I had an average experience working with a tool and die company. Although Rpm international tool & die managed to complete the project within the specified timeframe, the quality of their work was mediocre. There were some issues that needed to be addressed, and overall, I was not entirely satisfied with their services. However, their customer support was helpful in resolving some of the concerns.
