However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other similar companies. 😕 The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was on time. 🚚 However, the packaging could have been better as some items arrived slightly damaged. 😔 The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a query. Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but I wasn't blown away. 😐
