I recently had a shopping experience at Grupo Mall Colombia and it was average. The store had a decent selection of products, but the customer service could have been better. There were a few times where I had trouble finding an associate to help me and when I did find someone, they seemed disinterested. The prices were also a bit high compared to other stores in the area. Overall, it was an average shopping experience.
