I had a mixed experience with Remedy Records. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of music. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, they were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the shipping time, as it took much longer than expected for my order to arrive. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
