I had a mixed experience working at Call centre jobs. Overall, the company is average. The pay is decent and there are opportunities for growth. However, the management can be disorganized at times. Communication between departments is lacking which can lead to confusion. Additionally, the work-life balance is not the best. There are times when we have to work long hours without proper compensation. On the positive side, the team members are supportive and there is a positive work environment.
