I had an average experience with Hajal thoroughbreds. The horse I bought was decent, but there were a few issues that weren't disclosed upfront. The staff was somewhat helpful in addressing these concerns, but it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I would say they need to improve their communication and transparency. The website, hajalsthoroughbreds.com, is easy to use, but it would be helpful if they provided more detailed information about each horse. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements.
