I have been a customer of Hip hop since 1978 for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. The products they offer are of good quality, but their customer support can be improved. There have been a few instances where I had issues with my orders and it took them a while to resolve the problem. However, I appreciate their quick delivery and wide selection of products. Overall, I would rate them as average.
