I have been a customer of HSBC USA for over a year...

I have been a customer of HSBC USA for over a year now, and overall I am satisfied with their services. The customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful, and I have never encountered any issues with my accounts. However, there have been a few instances where I have had to wait longer than expected to speak to a representative on the phone, which can be frustrating. Other than that, I have had a positive experience banking with HSBC USA.
