The products from bataichem.com are of decent quality. However, their customer service needs improvement. I had some difficulties reaching out to them regarding my order, and it took a while to get a response. Once I finally got in touch with someone, they were able to assist me, but the initial delay was frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
